CLYDE AMOS TUCK (1928-2006)
Clyde Amos Tuck was born 27 December 1928 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia, the son
of David Lester Tuck and Mary Keen. He was office manager of CSX Railroad in Huntington,
West Virginia and owner of Tuck’s Corner Market in Hurt, Virginia. He was a member of
Huntington Lodge No. 53, AF&AM in Huntington and a member of the Hurt-Motley Ruritan
Club in Altavista, Virginia. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in
Gretna, he died on 8 January 2006 in Lynchburg, Virginia, and was buried in the Carl O. Moran
Memorial Garden in Pittsylvania County.
