LYNCHBURG COLLECTION
The collection contains several miscellaneous deeds, wills, and bills of sale for the
City of Lynchburg. Also included are court cases, the proceedings of the trustees of
Lynchburg (1787-1817), and a partial index to the council minutes (1811-1879). Land
conveyances (1868, 1906), census records (1850) and tax records (1813-1816) are also
included.
