years being two hundred and twelve in number. And we do further order adjudge and decree that the said James Potter do unite with the said Complainants Robert F. Stockton and Richard S. Field to make and execute good and [sufficient free simple] titles to all the aforesaid property real and personnel unto the purchaser thereof [illegible] Witnesseth that the said Robert F. Stockton, Richard S. Field and James Potter Executors of the last will and testament of Thomas F. Potter deceased as aforesaid by virtue of the power vested in them by the will aforesaid, and under the authority of the aforesaid decree, and for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seventy three thousand five hundred and thirty four dollars and fifty cents cash [tothes in hand] paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) Have granted, bargained, aliened, remised, abased, confirmed and sold, and by these presents Do grant, bargain, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm and sell unto the said John D. Langhorne, the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, All that Plantation known as Tweedside, situated, lying and being in the County of Chatham and State of Georgia about six miles above the city of Savannah and on the River Savannah composed of several tracts of land containing two thousand and eighty seven acres and nine tenths (2087 9/10) of an acre more or less according to a survey made on the twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three by William Hughes County Surveyor of Liberty County, bounded on the North by lands of James Potter on the North East and East by Savannah Back River and lands of the Estate of William Gibbons, on the South by lands of Barclay and West by lands of James Potter, Together with all and singular the houses, outhouses, edifices, buildings, rights, members, hereditaments, and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the said premises hereby granted, bargained,
