sold, [ ], released and confirmed with the rights, numbers, hereditaments and appurtenances there unto belonging and every part and parcel thereof unto the said John D. Langhorne the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever.
And the said Robert F. Stockton, Richard J. Field and James Potter Executors of the last Will and Testament of Thomas F. Potter deceased as aforesaid by virtue of the power vested in them, by the will aforesaid and under the authority of the aforesaid lease and in consideration of the aforesaid [ ] one hundred and seventy three thousand five hundred and thirty four dollars and fifty cents cash to them in [ ] as aforesaid have bargained and sold and by these presents do bargain sell and believer unto the said John D.
