Also, the furniture, wine, carriages, Stock and Seed Rice [ ] the said plantation known as Tweedside, and all the other property of every other description, whatever connecting with or attached to the said plantation, the crop of (1853) Eighteen hundred and fifty three intended for market being alone excepted and excluded from this indenture-
To have and to hold the above described property, real and personal with the said John D. Langhorne his heirs, Executors, Administrators and assigns forever.
In testimony whereof the said Robert F. Stockton and Richard J. Field and James Potter Executors as aforesaid have hereunto set their hands + seals on the day year frist above written— signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of us
