Before me, Winthrop Sargent, a Commissioner resident in the city of Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, duly appointed by the Governor of Georgia to take acknowledgements of deeds etc. to be recorded in the state of Georgia, personally appeared upon the thirtieth day of January, Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and fifty four, at the city aforesaid, the within named Robert F. Stockton and Richard S. Field, Executors of the last will and testament of Thomas F. Potter, deceased, who did acknowledge the within written instrument to be their and each of their act and deed, and desired that the same weight be recorded as such according to law. In testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal on the day and year aforesaid, at the city aforesaid
