ARTICLE OF AGREEMENT (1884)
The tobacco firm of Winfree and Hatcher to admit A. Maupin as a partner to form Winfree,
Hatcher, and Company. Maupin is to give services to new concern but is to furnish no capital; will
receive 1/8 of net profits for his services on all manufactured tobacco made and sold by the new
firm.
