FRANCES BRANDON NEIGHBOURS (1905-1985)
Frances Brandon Neighbours was born in 1905, in Lynchburg, Virginia. She was the
daughter of Robert and Emma Wood Neighbours. Ms. Neighbours married Horace
Stewart Taylor in 1947. Mr. Taylor died in 1957. In 1959, Mrs. Taylor was married to
Leroy Robert Crouse.
Ms. Neighbours was active in the poetry societies of Virginia, Arizona, and
Pennsylvania; a member of the American Poetry League and Editor of the Haiku Section
[1976-1977]. Her poems were published in a variety of publications, most
often using her maiden name.
Frances Neighbours Crouse died on 25 February 1985, and was buried in the Fort Hill
Memorial Park, Lynchburg, VA.

FRANCES BRANDON NEIGHBOURS (1905-1985)
