Description

Scanned images of three letters regarding the establishment of the Jones Memorial Library Dunbar Branch in 1924 from scholar Cheryl Knott Malone.

The correspondence includes a letter from Cheryl Knott Malone on 19 February 1999 to Lynn Dodge at Lynchburg Public Library, an email from Dodge to Malone on 24 February 1999, and a letter from Wayne Rhodes of Jones Memorial Library to Malone on 24 February 1999. The letter from Rhodes shares dates and decisions made by the board of the Jones Memorial Library regarding establishment of the Dunbar Branch and its history.
